167K views • 6 years ago • 12:56 D&D modules and pre-made adventures are great because they do a lot of the work for the dungeon master--adventures, NPCs, villains, maps, etc. However, how exactly does a dungeon master run a module or pre-made Dungeons & Dragons adventure? What are the steps a DM should take to prepare to run a D&D or RPG module? Surely there are helpful tips, tricks, and just general advice for game masters who just picked up a cool new RPG adventure they want to run.
