The only difference is this version uses the language from the errata that says when you are reduced to zero hit points your place in initiative is moved to immediately before the current turn... and not immediately before the turn of the creature or effect that reduced you to zero hit points. This is an important distinction for when you are reduced to zero HP on your turn due to an enemy's Attack of Opportunity.
