18K views • 1 year ago • 11:00 Fact: there is no one at YouTube with a button that kills a D&D channel. Our channels die when we become complacent and fail to innovate. 👉 Dungeon Drifters | The competitive dungeon exploration game where opportunistic "heroes" race to defeat enemies, pocket the most loot, and escape the dungeon first! https://presale.dungeondrifters.com/ Despite how often YouTubers seem to blame YouTube or the algorithym for not getting views, there is not big scary evil guy at YouTube who pushes a button and kills channels. Channels die when we stop creating content that appeals to our target audience, whether it be thumbnails, titles, video format, or actual content. The algorithm exists to put content in front of people who want to watch it; if it's not recommending our content, it's time to innovate and improve. Because if we don't, our channels are doomed to fade into oblivion. 🔴 ASK ME QUESTIONS https://forms.gle/zKXscNMuUdbj4EAo6 🔴 SUPPORT & GM RESOURCES The DM Lair Store https://thedmlair.com/ Newsletter https://thedmlair.getresponsepages.com/ Patreon https://www.patreon.com/thedmlair Lairs & Legends https://thedmlair.com/collections/lairs-legends The Secret Art of Game Mastery https://thedmlair.com/collections/the-secret-art-of-game-mastery on Audible: https://www.audible.com/pd/The-Secret-Art-of-Game-Mastery-Audiobook/B0D73ZN1D2?action_code=ASSGB149080119000H&share_location=pdp Lairs & Legends 2 https://lairs-and-legends-2.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders Firelight Fables Candles Use promo code THEDMLAIR to get 10% off. https://www.firelightfables.com/ 🔴 SOCIALS Discord https://discord.gg/thedmlair X (Twitter) https://x.com/TheDMLair ~~2025 Convention Schedule~~ Please come up and say hi if you see me!
